Touchstone Advanced Composites is one of the most inventive composite tooling firms in the world.
We design and fabricate the molds which make some of the most sophisticated composite parts used in the aerospace industry.
Touchstone is located in the rolling hills of the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia adjacent to Interstate 70. The panhandle is 64 miles long and typically about 15 miles wide between the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. It is bordered on the west by the Ohio River, and Pittsburgh, PA sits about an hour’s drive to the east.
Our facilities are uniquely placed in an area with a history of industrial innovation and a midway destination between Columbus, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our placement correlates to the greater Wheeling area's history of steel, nail, glass, and many other forms of manufactured creations. We have emphasized the importance of our position between major cities by creating our own technology hub along the highway, The Millenium Centre.
